Hello All,

We are completing the process of migrating a SQL Server 2000 server to
SQL Server 2008.  the last thing to do is migrate (or recreate) the
SQL Server reporting services reports.

Can anybody point me to any URLs or provide a guide on how we can
migrate the reports from our SQL Server 2000 server (physical box 1)
to our SQL Server 2008 server (physical box 2).

Many thanks in advance

Jaffa

Thanks, but not really what I was after.  this documents talk about
running the SQL Server upgrade wizard on a SQL Server 2000 server.
However, we want to move from server 1 (2000) to server 2 (2008).  We
have moved selected databases (via backups and restores) and have
migrated the DTS's using the SSIS import wizard - but now want to
migrate (NOT upgrade) the reports.

Personally, I have not tried it, but what if you use BID to open SSRS and
then change the connection string for datasource and deploy to the new
location. I assume  you have installed SSRS 2008 as well
