When installing SQL 2005 Integration services Developer Edition on Windows
XP Pro SP2, I get an MSMQ error that I ignor.  After the setup completes, I
try to start SSIS service and get the following:

Microsoft SSIS Service failed to start.
Error: Method 'GetVersionInfo' in type
'Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.Server.DtsServer' from assembly 'MsDtsSrvr,
Version=9.0.242.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' does
not have an implementation.

Anyone know how to fix this.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Thanks,
Danny

Danny:

I'm getting the same error when I try to import an Access mdb file into
SQL 2005.  When I try a manual start of SSIS, a message says it started
and then stopped, and that this is normal for some services, so the
service is evidently working, but not in my case.  Please let me know
if you find a solution.

Good Luck!
