Does SSIS, an integration services available only for SQL 2005?
Or it is available to SQL 2000 also?

SSIS is the successor of DTS. SSIS ships with 2005. There's no download with which you can get only
SSIS for a 2000 installation. But SSIS can of course access data in a 2000 database.
